Cancellation & Exchange

1. Exchanges (if applicable)

Your order can only be modified within 2 hours after it has been placed. After this window, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or exchanged.

We only accept exchanges if an item arrives defective, damaged, or due to an error on our part during production or shipping.

If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Our customer service team will review your request, and if approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

2. Cancellations

If you change your mind about your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the modification or cancellation request. We will confirm once the change has been processed.

  • Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of being placed. After that, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
  • Please note: A management and transaction fee of 1.5% of your total order value will be applied to cancellations.
  • A full refund will only be issued if the mistake is on our side — such as sending the wrong item, delivering a damaged product, or if a system error results in a duplicate order.
