Affiliate Terms

Welcome to the AnimeCharming Affiliate Program!
By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting our products.

1. Commission & Cookie Policy

  • Affiliates earn a 10% commission on valid sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
  • Our tracking cookie lasts 30 days. Any purchase made within this period will be credited to you if the customer first visited through your link.
  • Commissions are only approved for orders that are delivered and completed for more than 30 days (to account for cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds).
  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or marked as duplicate are not eligible for commission.

2. Payout Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100.
  • We aggregate and review commissions on the 10th of every month.
  • Payments are sent via PayPal only. Please ensure you provide a valid PayPal email address in your affiliate account.
  • If your balance is below the $100 threshold, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain fairness and protect our brand reputation, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Bidding
    • You may not run paid ads targeting brand-related keywords such as GroveMerch, grovemerch.com, or any variations/misspellings of our brand.
  2. Self-Purchases
    • Affiliates are not allowed to use their own affiliate links to purchase products for personal use or resale. These sales will not generate commissions.
  3. False or Misleading Advertising
    • Do not make false claims about our products, discounts, or promotions.
    • Always represent AnimeCharming truthfully and in alignment with our brand values.
  4. Fraudulent or Manipulative Behavior
    • Any attempt to artificially inflate clicks, conversions, or commissions will result in immediate termination from the program.

4. Fraud & Termination

  • If we detect fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest practices, we reserve the right to:
    • Cancel all pending and unpaid commissions.
    • Permanently block your affiliate account.
  • Our decision regarding fraud and termination is final and binding.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the AnimeCharming Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
