All items offered on GroveMerch.com are made-to-order. That means once you place your order, we print and craft each item individually for the best quality possible.

Every product we make is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. That’s why we ask for 5 – 10 business days to complete your order before shipping.

During this time, our team selects the finest materials from around the world to ensure the best quality. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but rest assured—the wait is always worth it!

We partner with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, which is why delivery times vary depending on your location. This also allows us to keep our pricing fair while maintaining premium quality.

All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Yun Express. Orders are sent to the shipping address entered at checkout, and you will receive a tracking link once your package leaves our warehouse.

1. Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and many international destinations.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States & Canada
    • Standard Shipping: $4.95 for the first item, +$3.00 for each additional item
    • Express Shipping: $19.95 for the first item, +$12.95 for each additional item
  • European Union (EU) & Australia, New Zealand
    • Standard Shipping: $6.95 for the first item, +$4.00 for each additional item
    • Express Shipping: $22.95 for the first item, +$15.95 for each additional item
  • Other International Locations
    • Standard Shipping: $8.95 for the first item, +$5.00 for each additional item
    • Express Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination country

3. Shipping & Handling Times

Since every item at GroveMerch is made-to-order, we don’t keep products in stock. Once you place an order, our team begins printing, sewing, and carefully finishing your product before packing and shipping.

Delivery Time = Processing Time(production + packing) + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time(production + packing): 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Estimated Shipping Times:
    • US Standard: 10–15 business days (normal: 15–25 days total)
    • US Fast: 5–7 business days (normal: 10–17 days total)
    • Canada & EU Standard: 10–15 business days (normal: 15–25 days total)
    • Canada & EU Fast: 5–10 business days (normal: 10–20 days total)
    • Australia, New Zealand & Other Regions: 10–15 business days (normal: 15–25 days total)

Because our products are handmade and custom-printed after each order, your patience means we can deliver higher quality and unique anime gear just for you.

4. Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
If tracking shows “No Information Available” within the first few days, don’t worry—it can take 5–7 business days for updates to appear. If no tracking info is available after 10+ business days, please contact us.

5. Multiple Package

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately for faster delivery.

6. Customs & VAT

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT taxes depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For EU orders, VAT is charged in advance due to new regulations (as of July 1, 2021).
  • Declared values are often adjusted to minimize VAT whenever possible.
  • If customs requests an invoice, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
