2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We offer worldwide shipping.
3. CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
No, each order can only be shipped to one address. Please place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
4. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We ship to PO Boxes but cannot deliver to Military APO/FPO addresses.
5. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately with different tracking numbers.
6. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING—WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Tracking numbers may take 3–5 business days to update in the carrier’s system. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days (US) or 45 business days (international), please contact our support team.
7. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:
- Check around your property and mailbox

- Use the tracking link to identify your local carrier

8. DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes. Express shipping is available for USA, Canada, and Europe. For other countries, availability depends on location.
9. CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can request edits or cancellation within 6 hours after placing your order. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
10. IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
No. If your order qualifies for cancellation, there is no fee.
11. CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?
Yes. Enter your promo code at checkout before completing payment. Only one promo code can be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be added after an order is placed.
12. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
No. Please place orders directly on our website.
13. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
- Please do not return items without contacting us first. Email [email protected] to explain your case. If approved, we will provide a return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, incorrect, or duplicate orders (system error).
- We do not provide refunds for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or sale/discounted items.
