Refund and Returns Policy

By placing an order on GroveMerch.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept return, refund, or exchange requests.

Because all of our products are made-to-order (printed and sewn after you place your order), we can only process returns and refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Important Notice Before Returning

  • Do not send any product back to us without contacting our support team first.
  • You must email [email protected] with your order details and evidence of the issue.
  • If your case is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. When Refunds Are Accepted

Refunds are only applicable if the issue is caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Duplicate order caused by system/payment error (duplicate orders will be refunded in full)

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Accepted

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong size, product, or design by mistake
  • You changed your mind after receiving your order
  • You purchased a sale item or clearance item (all sale items are final sale and non-refundable)
  • Differences in color/print (up to 20%) due to lighting, display settings, or handmade production process

4. Exchanges

We only allow exchanges if the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, please contact support@grovemerch.com with photos as proof, and if approved, we will arrange a replacement.

5. Cancellation

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After that time, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellations are subject to a 1.5% management & transaction fee.
  • Full refunds are only issued if you switch to a new order (the old order will be canceled automatically).
